Bore Gauge Calibrator

The Bore Gauge Calibrator is an innovative solution to the problems presented by the accurate calibration of most 3 point bore gauge micrometers. Any micrometer from 16 to 200mm can be calibrated on a single unit thus dispensing with the need for a large number of setting ring.

Linearity

Conventional ring gauge methods of calibrating bore gauges do not give a comprehensive indication of linearity. The Bore Gauge Calibrator allows a gauge to be checked at any point within its measuring range.

Traceability

The Bore Gauge Calibrator measurements are traceable through the certification of the Angular Setting Block, the Slip Gauges or Transducer Probe matched to the Indicating Unit.
