CX Machines burnish cylindrical parts of unlimited length from .045 to 2.504 inches (1.143 to 63.602mm) in diameter. Small diameter round parts, bars, tubing or partially obstructed cylindrical shapes can be processed with Cogsdill's self-contained, self-feeding roller burnishing units.

The CX-M external roller burnishing machine is a lightweight, compact model designed specifically for portability or bench top operation and processes parts from .045 to .625 inches(1.143 to 15.875mm) in diameter.

The CX-1T is a larger version of the CX-M and processes parts from .045 to 1.004 inches (1.143 to 25.503mm) in diameter.

The CX-1 (pictured below) processes parts in the same size range as the portable CX-1T, but is designed for permanent installation on the production floor.

The CX-2 is designed for permanent installation and processes parts from .963 to 2.504 inches (24.460 to 63.602mm) in diameter.
